About

What makes organizations succeed? Do they need management or leadership? Do they need execution of tasks given in a system of a top-down strategy breakdown? Or do they need people who can use their knowledge, intelligence, and passion to create new possibilities for their management? Do they need the optimization within what is known as best practices or good industry standards – or do they need the capability to learn and adapt as a system, to invent today what will change the world tomorrow?

I am a practitioner in organizational development and leadership training. My purpose is to make people see that what we know as widespread management practices is not a given natural law and that it is not the best option available. I want to put spotlights on the thinking behind organizational design, leadership and work culture and how issues in business performance and individual performance are related to outdated and invalid concepts of what people need to do excellent work. There are better options to lead and change organizations for more output, better service, better business, more pride and better work experience at any level of responsibility. It starts with understanding how current perceptions and practiceswhat are leading to typical defects and misunderstandings.
